These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of BilalMed’s digital MCAT resources and tutoring/coaching services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any BilalMed content or sessions, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who We Are

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services. If you are under 18, a parent/legal guardian must purchase and supervise your use.

3) What We Provide

BilalMed offers:

• Digital products (e.g., PDFs, cheat sheets, guides, question sets, templates, videos, downloads)

• Tutoring/coaching (1:1 or group sessions, study planning, strategy coaching, accountability)

We may add, change, or discontinue any portion of Services at any time.

4) Educational Use Only (No Guarantees)

BilalMed provides educational coaching. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

No score guarantees. Results vary based on effort, baseline knowledge, test-day factors, and other variables outside our control. Testimonials/examples are not promises of typical outcomes.

5) Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices are listed on our website/checkout and may change at any time.

• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for purchases, subscriptions, taxes (if applicable), and any agreed fees.

• If a payment fails, we may pause access until payment is resolved.

6) Subscriptions / Memberships (If Applicable)

If you purchase a recurring plan (monthly/weekly/annual):

• Your plan auto-renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

• You can cancel by [describe method: account portal/email].

• Cancellation prevents future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

• Unless required by law, we do not prorate partial periods.

7) Refund Policy (Digital Products + Tutoring)

Digital products (downloads, PDFs, video access):
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all digital sales are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

Tutoring/coaching sessions:
Refunds are not guaranteed. If you purchased a package, any approved refunds (if any) are at BilalMed’s discretion and may exclude completed sessions and processing fees.

Chargebacks:
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may immediately suspend access and dispute the chargeback, providing supporting documentation.

8) Tutoring Scheduling, Rescheduling, Late Arrival, and No-Shows

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled via Calendly.
Late Arrival: If you are late, the session still ends at the scheduled time (unless we choose to extend it).
Rescheduling/Cancellation Window: You must cancel or reschedule at least [24/48] hours in advance.
No-Shows / Late Cancellations: May be treated as a forfeited session (charged in full).

Emergency exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

9) Communication Boundaries

Support between sessions (e.g., text/DM/email) is limited to company's discretion. We do not guarantee immediate replies.

10) License + Acceptable Use (Do Not Share Our Stuff)

When you purchase digital resources, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own studying.

You may not:

• Share, upload, resell, redistribute, or “lend” our materials (including to friends/class group chats)

• Post on Google Drive/Discord/Reddit/any public or private repository

• Remove watermarks/copyright notices

• Create derivative products for sale based on our materials

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

11) Intellectual Property

All content (PDFs, slides, branding, logos, videos, worksheets, frameworks, session recordings, and website content) is owned by BilalMed or licensed to BilalMed and protected by copyright and other laws.

12) Session Recording (Optional Policy)

If BilalMed records sessions (or if you record sessions), this section applies:

• Recording permission: [Allowed/Not allowed] unless both parties consent in writing.

• If BilalMed provides recordings, they are for your personal use only and may not be shared.

• We may refuse recording requests.

13) Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We may use third-party services (Zoom, Google Drive, Stripe, Calendly, Notion, etc.). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues caused by third parties.

14) Tech Requirements

You are responsible for having:

• Stable internet, working camera/mic (if required), and access to required platforms

• Required books/software/resources (if applicable)

We are not responsible for missed session value due to your technical problems.

15) Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy
You agree not to share private information about other students or clients.

16) Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that materials or Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will produce a specific outcome or score.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BilalMed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunities.

If BilalMed is found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to BilalMed in the [3/6/12] months before the event giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify BilalMed from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property.

19) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct

• Share/redistribute content

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platforms

Termination may be immediate and without refund.

20) Dispute Resolution
