This Refund Policy explains when BilalMed (“we,” “us,” “our”) may issue refunds for digital MCAT resources and tutoring/coaching services purchased through [BilalMed.com] or our approved payment links.
By purchasing, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1) Digital Products (Downloads / PDFs / Templates / Video Access)
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Examples of non-refundable digital products include:

PDF notes, cheat sheets, guides

Downloadable files, templates, worksheets
-
On-demand video content or resource portals
-
Any product marked “digital download” or “instant access”
Exception (Technical Issue):
If you paid but cannot access your product due to a verified technical problem on our end, we will attempt to fix access. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund or provide an equivalent replacement at our discretion.

2) Tutoring / Coaching Sessions (Single Sessions)
Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a session at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the session fee.

If you cancel within [24/48] hours or do not show up, the session is generally non-refundable and may be counted as used.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Refunds are not provided for lost time due to late arrival.

3) Tutoring Packages (Bundles of Sessions)
If you purchase a multi-session package:

Completed/used sessions are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be eligible for refund only if requested within [X days, e.g., 7 or 14] days of purchase and only if no more than [1] session has been used, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any approved refund may be reduced by payment processing fees and the retail value of any bonuses already delivered (e.g., included digital resources).
(If you want it stricter, you can change this to “packages are non-refundable.”)

4) Memberships / Subscriptions (If Applicable)
For memberships that auto-renew (monthly/annual):

You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges by [account portal/email method].

Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds for partial months/periods unless required by law.

If you forgot to cancel before renewal, we typically do not refund renewal charges, but you may contact us and we may review one-time exceptions at our discretion.

5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please email us at [support@bilalmed.com] first so we can help.
Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Immediate suspension of access to digital resources and/or tutoring

Cancellation of future sessions

A ban from future purchases, where permitted
